Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
I got a delivery of marijuana charge previously and was sentenced to 18 months of probation with misdamenor treatment upon comletion i was let off probation early and got a possession of less than an ounce of marijuana charge a month before my 18 month time what will happen when i go into court for the new charge?

In Oregon possession of less than an ounce is a violation, not a crime. The new charge should not result in a violation of your probation, if you are indeed still on probation. However, you also stated that you were "let off probation early" which means that probation is over and the new charge should not result in a probation violation.
