What is the difference between burglary one and burglary two

Burglary in the second degree is a Class C felony. Burglary in the first degree is a Class A Felony. Burglary in the second degree just requires entering or remaining unlawfully in a building with an intent to commit a crime therein. Burglary in the first degree requires that plus any of the following a)the building was a dwelling, b)while entering, leaving, or in the building, the person was armed with a burglary tool or theft device, c)while entering, leaving, or in the building, the person causes or attempts to cause physical injury to any person, or d) while entering, leaving, or in the building, the person uses or threatens to use a dangerous weapon.
