Legal Question in Administrative Law in Oregon
Getting into my mailbox
Is it illegal to put catalogs/solicitations in someones mailbox if you are not sending it through the mail? I'm not getting anything stolen, but a neighbor of mine keeps giving me catalogs that she is trying to sell products from.

I'm led to believe that the only people who can legally access your mailbox are the USPostal Service and those who you give permission. Call the Post Office if you object.
