Legal Question in Administrative Law in Oregon
Manager
I was the manager for a Manufactured Home lot and we had two customers file bankrupcty after we had set the homes on there property and the owner of the bussiness fired me and is going to try to recover his lose from me. Can he do this. The sales Manager did all the paper work.

I see no legitimate lawsuit that the owner could file against you, except maybe fraud. Did you know that the customers were gong to file bankruptcy and deliver the homes to them, because you were getting some sort of bribe or kickback? If not, and if you merely sold the homes in the ordinary course of business, I do not see any valid cause against you.
