Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon
I have three car loans that I was not able to make payments on. The cars were repossessed by the lender. They have garnished my wages. If I filled bankruptcy would I still be responsible for any money that I owe. They auctioned off the vehicles for less than I owe. I have never filled bankruptcy. I have 3 auto loans that have had the autos repossessed.

You're late to the party. Get yourself to a bankruptcy attorney immediate to see if a bankruptcy petition is a reasonable solution to your problem. Bankruptcy is the only way to stop the garnishment and possibly discharge the debt.
