Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon
I have court ordered restitution on criminal cases. These are from 12 years ago. No payments have been made on them and now they are turned over for collections. One can i claim bankruptcy on them. Two if not if i get married would my wife also be responible for this debt too. These case are from the state of Oregon.

Not dischargeable in bankruptcy. New wife would not be personally responsible.
