Want to file for Oregon debts
Debts in Oregon. Living in Citris Heights, CA now. What forms do I use?

If you have lived in the Citrus Heights area for the majority of the past 180 days, or have maintained a residence there, you may file in bankruptcy court in California. You may go to the court and ask for the standard Chapter 7 package. It makes no difference if the debts were in Oregon or elsewhere. They're all treated as debts.
