Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon
I am on a two month waiting list with legal aid to file bankruptcy. I have now been served with a complaint. I have tried reaching the atty to ask for an extension without telling him why but he has not answered my email or telephone call. Should I go ahead and answer the complaint pro se or just ignore it and file bankruptcy when my name comes up on legal aid's list?

Hello:
If you do not take care of this, a default judgment will be entered. If you are going to declare bankruptcy, you should do it right away.
