Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon

A few classmates and I created a business for a project Dec 2014. After its completion one member moved forward with the model and is now trying to take sole-ownership. She had me sign a NDA saying it was to protect the business from outside interest stealing the idea, but once signed she told me that I am not n owner and a only helping with the start-up. We created a website which is registered to my name and address, before I signed the NDA. There was no witness to the NDA and she never signed it herself. Can she sue or come after me in any way, when I am one of the curators (and I have proof with documents showing our group names on the project), and when she hasn't registered the name with our state? Basically is her NDA valid given that she is not sole proprietor and hasn't registered for a business license?

The NDA is not valid. An NDA can only protect the confidentiality of something secret that she told you, like a secret sauce or formula. You say the business was a joint project of you and several others. So she had no property to protect from disclosure.
