Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
Can a client hold me accoutable for a website that the client does not follow through. What I mean is that my ex client is suing me for a contract that I did not agree upon and now he says that I own him money in which he is saying that I should have gotten two people per day for his moving company. Well I let him know that this is not reasonable no one can force people to hire any one at all. Can I still be held liable??

If you did not agree to a contract, by words or by deeds, then you are not liable.
