Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon

I have been discriminated against at work, but all my proof is in mails that have disclaimers. I am being forced to involuntarily quit or continue to be subjected to humiliation and false accusations that could cost me my license to practice my profession.

The disclaimers read: This message is intended for the sole purpose of the individual to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. You are hereby notified that the information contained herein may not be used, copied, disclosed, or distributed to anyone.

In order to protect myself I have to use the emails to send to the regulating department for my profession, the employment office, and BOLI.

That boilerplate disclaimer is not a problem. Emails that prove a violation of law are not confidential. You can send them to BOLI with your complaint.
