Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
i am an employee that only speaks english, the reaming employees speak spanish and english. i find myself often trying to find out what has been said to me ad about me, i have been told i am the butt to many jokes and they speak spanish so i wont know whats being said. is there a ruleing that says a common languae must be spoken so all may understand. they are not on break nor giving instructions.

No law requires use of a particular language by employees of a business. The business itself can establish such a rule. So talk with your surpervisor about it.
The other attorney is right on point. If you feel harassed, complain to your supervisor. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
