Are nonprofits subject to the FMLA!

Any employer with over 50+ employeees on the payroll (over the last 20 weeks).

Oregon's law applies to employers with 25+ employees.

There are a number of other requirements about employee eligibility, etc. You may need to educate your employer about your rights under the law.
