Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
hostile co-worker
i work with a person who:
1. is having a relationship with the company ceo
2. got a raise from him in her second month with the company
3. has filed what I believe to be false and malicious harrassment claims against at least three of my co-workers (male and female) already, has not been to work for two weeks due to illness or other reasons and has started emailing ''assignments to other workers including her supervisor (at the advice of her lawyer). The corporate office keeps saying they are waiting for legal advice. How can I assure that I am protected from what I beleive would be another false claim or lawsuit?

Re: hostile co-worker
Document everything, use common sense.
Also if you believe there is a real possibility that you may become involved in something, it would make sense to see a lawyer now rather than later.
