Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
What are the legal ramifications of a competetive equipment company arbitrarily removing my equipment (which is under contract)in a restaurant & installing theirs whithout so much as a phone call.

Is the restaurant breaching its contract with you in some way? Are they failing to pay you what is due to you? Does the contract require them to keep your equipment in place for a certain period of time? You can sue them for breach of contract, if indeed they are breaching the contract.
