Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
US Mail
I received an item in the mail that I did not request or pay for via Ebay. The sender now wants it back, claiming that it was shipped to me by mistake. What are my options?

Re: US Mail
You can be a nice guy and ship it back, if sender pays for shipping.
You can keep it and let sender try to sue you.
When something is mailed to you by mistake, you do not own it.
