Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
Can a majority partner make day to day decisions about the business, ie scheduling/hiring, without seeking the minority partner's input?
My partner accuses me of acting like it's 'my business' but I own more & have more experience, so I take on more decision-making & responsibility.

Is this a partnership or a corporation? It is not possible to answer your attorney question without knowing this. There are also the governing documents to consider, such as the partnership agreement or corporate bylaws. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
