Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
non-profit status
I have a 501(c)3 from California, and now live in Oregon. May I still use that 501(c)3?

Re: non-profit status
"501(c)(3)" refers to that section of the federal Internal Revenue Code. You say you "have a 501(c)(3) from California." That must mean that your nonprofit organization, which has qualified for 501(C)(3) status with IRS, was incorporated as a California nonprofit corporation.
Now you live in Oregon. As long as you continue to make the necessary corporate filings in California (probably annual corporate re-registration; payment of state income taxes, if any, on unrelated trade or business income), it does not really matter where you personally live. So, yes, you can still "use" it.
At some point, you should consider changing the address of the 501(c)(3) and registering it as a nonprofit corporation with the Oregon Corporation Division. Forms at are http://www.filinginoregon.com/forms/index.htm.
