Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
I have an online blog where I post information about companies that are giving away freebies. I have been doing this for almost 2 years and I have an idea on how I can make some extra money doing this but I'm not sure if it is legal. I want to offer my services to customers who will pay for me to request freebies for them. I do all the work of finding the legit companies that are offering freebies and then enter my customers' name and address so she/he can receive the free goods. The company would benefit from being able to advertise to these people and the customers are spared from getting into scams. I talk to my clients when they sign up to ask what freebies they are looking for and what things they do not want.
Any insight or advice would be helpful. Thank you!

I perceive no legal problem in what you are proposing to do.
