Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
I put a bumper sticker on my car that says "Country Financial Screwed Me!" I sent the pictures to the company and said i did this because they left me without a car for 4 days. I got a letter back saying that I was going to be sued. Is this for real or a scare tactic.
