Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
i recentlly had a review at my work witch resaulted in a 16 cent raise i sighned my papers a that time and its been 3 in a half months and still no raise do they owe me retro pay?

It depends on the language of your employment contract. Did the papers you signed state the effective date of the raise. If not, then they probably do not owe you retro pay.
