Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
I sold 55% ownership in an LLC. At that time the buyer took control of the company. We created an operating agreement and both signed it. My copy was destroyed by buglers. The buyer wont send me a copy. He is now shutting the company down and clams that he loaned the company money and the company defaulted on the loan so he took ALL assets as collateral. He told me to just get the document from the state of Arizona however he never sent in the change of ownership to the state so the state still has me listed as owner. What should I consider doing?
