I want to start producing lenses that fit nike sunglasses, is this a patent infringement? I would have my own brand, they would fit the nike sunglasses but in no way be nike brand lenses.

Any attorney will say it is only patent infringement if Nike has a patent for the lenses and your lenses infringe on the specific claims for the existing patent. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
