You can get sued for almost anything. The question is whether anyone can sue you successfully. Selling a product online too cheap may violate your agreement with the manufacturer who provides you with the product. The courts have recently decided that "retail price maintenance agreements" are not violations of the antitrust laws. Did you sign such an agreement to sell the product for a certain price and not less? Then, yes, you can be sued successfully for selling under that price.
