Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
I am wanting to start a rental locating business in Medford Oregon, what are the laws and regulations? Do I need any license other than a business license? What kind of contract to I need to make to give to property management businesses?
Thanks for your help!

If you are going to be doing more than simply publishing rentals that are available and selling the list, it is likely that you are going to need a property manager's license with the state of Oregon. This license requires certain classes before an exam in order to obtain the license. Obtaining a license also requires application and a background check.
If you do not have a property management license, you are way ahead of your self to start thinking about a contract for your business.
