I'm 20 years old and my parents stole my passport, ID, and birth certificate. Its there anything i can do to get it back ?

First, call the police and report it.
Second, you can get a copy of your birth certificate from the State of Oregon for $36.50. See http://public.health.oregon.gov/BirthDeathCertificates/GetVitalRecords/Pages/consumer_help.aspx
Once you have your birth certificate, you can get a new passport. See http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/passports/lost-stolen.html
