Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon
The agricultural property acreage next door to my acreage was purchased by someone who is putting in a large-scale sewage pond piped in from a large housing development. My property is lower and it will leach on to mine and contaminate it. I grow alfalfa on part & pasture my horses on the other. Not only will my property be contaminated, but the value will be reduced to nothing. This has been my home for 40+ years. Is there anything I can legally do?

Sue the property owner for trespass and nuisance.
