I've practiced law for 23 years, and I've never heard of a "1st page pleading." Be more specific about what you want this document to DO. What's it FOR?

The very vagueness of your question suggests to me that if you are litigating something that has ANY importance or value to you at all, stop now and get a lawyer. Any time you ask lawyers for info, you need to provide the BACKGROUND for your question, only because you're unlikely otherwise to get an answer. It's too easy for us to inadvertently give you WRONG advice, because you haven't given enough factual detail.
