Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon
expedited appeals process
When a case is given an expedited appeal is the previous ruling still valid, or is there an automatic stay until the appeal process is complete?
Thanks in advance

Re: expedited appeals process
It depends on the specific applicable statute. But in general there is no automatic stay of a trial court decision during the appeal process.
