Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon

the local police sent a letter to the owners of my trailor park and it said if I lived there the would be the next to be raided and if as s much as paraphanialie was found tey would take the whole park so they better evicted me. the owners kept the letter. I live with a non users and dont let drugs in the house.Im homeless now was this legal (no convictions)
