Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon
Illegal videotaping by the media?
Does anyone know the answer to this? I work in an ''gentlemen's club'', un-beknownst to me the local news station came in and filmed me nude and posted it on the internet. Is this legal? Even if they covered my face and private areas, dont they have to get consent first? There are signs hanging all over the place that state NO cmeras, no videtaping, no cell phones....

Re: Illegal videotaping by the media?
I would argue that the violate a federal law known in the industry as 2257. I think that there are civil liabilities for violations.
