Is a will legal in the state of Oregon if it has not been witnessed by anyone? if not is there any way that it could be contested.

Generally, a will in Oregon is not effective if not witnessed, and it's possible to contest it, particularly if you would otherwise be an heir. There are short timelines within which to address this, though.
