Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon
parental rights terminated
my parental rights were terminated 4 yrs ago. My two girls were adopted then returned back to foster care cause adopted parents couldn't handle them. They are only 8 and 9 good girls. Is there a way I could ever get them back. I have a good life now with my 16 yr. old and am happily married too. My life has changed for the good. Just want to give them a good life too

Re: parental rights terminated
Once you lose parental rights, they're usually gone.
You can ASK the court about it, but chances are every opportunity to turn around was gone once the court signed the termination order.
If you want to pursue it, contact the attorney on the case and see what s/he thinks might be possible given the reasons for the termination and the locak court system.
