Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon

Picture on internet

Theres a posting of me all you have to do is google my name and it shows a active warrent and mug shot of me. ITs not true and the county won't take it off. Its benn almost three years and I've been fired from a good job and kicked out of my duplex. besides that my 9 and 7 year old saw it. What should I do?

If there is indeed NO warrant, then probably this mugshot and all is NOT on a website that's related to or controlled by the county. Otherwise, I should think they'd just take it right off the web.

Can you TELL what kind of site it is, where this is posted? If you'd like to EMAIL your NAME, for ME to google, I could take a look, or better yet, email me the address of the site. Let me know!
