Refusing medicine for inmate

My stepson is in county jail and is in need of of medicine to prevent seizures, they have been given the medical records but are still withholding, how do we get them to give him the needed medicine.

Administrative and legal applications may be lodged, separately, giving references of in each other.

you may make an application to the Judge for appropriate directions; or approach the higher authorities.
