ok my son traded his motorcycle straight acroos for a jeep. Title for title now the guy wants his jeep back can he do this?

No, not unless he wants to sue your son for it and claim that your son committed fraud by trading him a motorcycle with hidden defects that your son knew about and did not tell the other guy.
