transmission scams
what else can be done 4 a civil injustice by mechanic who steals money by not rebuilding transmission, and just puts some fluid in there and sends you down the road while your out 1,600?

You can make a consumer complaint with the Oregon Attorney General. I would give you a link, but links are banned by this system. Anyway, google "Oregon Attorney General consumer complaint".
You could also sue the mechanic in small claims court.
