Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon
Unlawfully Terminated
I have received a favorable determination from from BOLI stating ''unlawful employment practice'' against a major corporation that I worked for. I was terminated for having a chronic illness. I understand that I have a right to file suit against this corporation, but I would like to know if I have a right to sue the five people that decided to terminate my employment, as individuals, for violation of my civil rights?

No. Not unless you are alledging a conspiracy, but chances are only a complaint against the company will be permitted.
