Assistance needed in suing AOL

How do I go about My internet provider? For 3 mo I've been bombarded w/ "instant messages" soliciting porn, to the point of sexually harassment. I've written them,in detail 12x regarding the problem, & have yet to receieve anything more than a "canned" response. The issue has excellerated & I now wish to sue. I have kept detailed records of names of perpertrators,all correspondense between them & myself,however I have very little money w/ which to hire an attorney. Is there anything I can do?
