I got a speeding ticket in another state have not paid it and did not go to court. the local paper printed an article with all the people that had to go to court if they plead guilty or not what their crime was and how much my name appears in this article with my current city and my age so when you google me it shows up what are my rights to get this off the web?

Since you are a wanted fugitive, your odds of getting your mug out of the paper, or off the wall of the post office for that matter, are nil.
Now, assume for a moment you pay your ticket and you are no longer a fugitive. Same result. They have your picture in the paper as an accused speeder. Who cares? The fact that you got a ticket is public information, and they don't have any bigger news to print up there in Bigfoot country.

I'd say none at all.

I agree with Mr. Stone and Mr. Whipple. The court file is a public record, so anyone can look at it. This means you have no privacy interest in the information it contains. Publishing that information thus did not invade your privacy. It sounds like the newspaper accurately reported what was in the file, so it has done nothing wrong.
You might want to pay the ticket before it causes you further embarassment.
