Website Legalities

I am starting a website in which I will sell products from my partners shop. It's a legitimate business he has run for years, legally sound. I will be using a reliable program for sales, inventory, taxes, etc.. What legalities must I consider in running such a website? Thanks.

3 main areas:

Entity (probably LLC)

Contracts- TOU, Privacy etc.

Insurance
