Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Oregon
A Court Clerical Error could get us off?
An individual recently signed a diversion agreement that stated his period of time to serve in diversion is from August 15, 2002 to August 14, 2002. The court meant to write August 14, 2003. Could this clerical error result in this individual's diversion sentence being waived? Thank you.

No. Clerical errors do not void an otherwise valid judgment. If brought to the Court's attention it will be corrected.
