driving laws

i have been looking for common laws that will help me build a case so i can drive w/o out a licence. i found a instance that a man did acheive this goal .hat im asking is, is there a way to do this in oregon and if so how would i start?

The state will not allow you to drive on public roads without a license, period. There is nothing you can do to win an exemption from this requirement.

I very much doubt that anyone has ever -- or at least since licensing was first required by law -- won the right to drive unlicensed; the "instance" you describe most likely never happened.

If you want to drive without a license, you should be able to do so on private property with the owner's permission. Other than that, you will need to get a driver's license just like everybody else.
