Info to fight city hall
How can I fight a city ordinance that is forcing the cities citizens to use a garbage service of their choice and if we don't use it they turn our water off, even if our water bill is paid?

Some battles are not worth fighting. This is one of them.

It is theoretically possible, but bring your checkbook as you must be prepared to pay big time when you sue the folks who print the money.

It isn't true that you can't fight city hall, but most cannot afford the fight.
