Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Oregon

If money is free speech and I am guaranteed equal justice, then shouldn't I be entitled to compensation due to the financial crises, having suffered financial loss being in the real estate industry?

Money isn't speech. Donations are. Besides, the First Amendment only means the government can't improperly obstruct your speech, not that the government has to subsidize it.
