Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
I was approved by a bank for a car loan a month ago. I got a car two weeks ago and the bank sent me all the finance, payments, interest rate ect two day's ago. Now today I received a letter from them stating that after carefully reviewing my application they are unable to offer me credit on the terms that I requested. I purchased my car two weeks ago after they told me how much they would finance me for. Can they back track and change everything when I have it in writng from them?
