We bought a motorcycle from Titan dealer which is owned by auto dealer. the motorcycle was to be a limited edition with only a 100 made. they sold it to us as that limited edition. How we found out that the motorcycle was not the limited edition. My question is can we sue them for the fraud of lying about the collecters item. 2. can we sue them and still keep the motorcycle.

Your main problem will be proving that the dealer guaranteed to you that the cycle was the limited edition. Do you have that in writing?
If you can prove that, you can either seek to rescind the transaction (give back the cycle and get back your money) or for damages (payment to you of the difference in value between a non-limited edition cycle and the limited edition cycle). Both legal actions are a type of breach of contract lawsuit you would have to file in Circuit Court.
So, yes you can keep the cycle and still sue them.
