Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
We bought a truck from a dealership in Oregon as an "as is" purchase. On the way home from the dealership, the transmission went out. O/D light came on, trasmission temp light went on and no there is no reverse. Do we have any recourse?

I assume it was a used truck. You can sue the dealership for misrepresentation, if they gold you that the truck was in good shape. But you will have a hard time proving that they actually said that to you.
