new car
i bought a new car and have made a payment to the dealer. now they are telling me they want the car back because there bank will not buy the contract from them. what do i do

Read all of the papers that the dealer gave you at the time you bought the car. See if your contract with the dealer says that the dealer can demand to get the car back, if the bank will not buy the loan from the dealer. It probably does not say that. If it does not, then keep the car and continue making the payments. If it does say that, then return the car only after the dealer has returned all of your money to you, in cash.
