Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon
Can a car dealership change my finance company without my approval? And when they change the finance company, can they start the payment over? Basically, I was paying one finance company and the balance was around $3000, then was switched to a different finance company and my balance now is almost $5000. Is this legal?
